*Description Opening for Clinical Information Systems Specialist in Qatar Govt Hospital Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related field plus Diploma in Informatics Experience Required: 7 years of experience in healthcare out of which 4 years in Clinical Information Systems Essential Requirements: • Experience in the field of Health Information Systems (HIS) • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle • Experience with SQL query optimization and performance tuning • Knowledge of Data Modeling, Database Design, and Normalization • Microsoft Excel Expert (Office 2019) or relevant experience (Macros, VBA) • Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Interpretation • Proven strong data extraction, data utilization and data manipulation skills for decision making purposes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills both written and verbal Desirables: • Microsoft SQL Server certification • Understanding scripting languages (e.g., Python) • Proven experience in reporting tools. (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Proven experience in Cerner Command Language (CCL), Tableau, Discern Analytics 2 • Knowledge of Metadata Analysis • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, proven time management skills
