• Criteria:

Job Description: • Ensure privacy and security policies to protect the CIA of PHI are enforced across the organization • Participate in risk assessment of information assets of the organization • Conduct and coordinate Auditing the applications, configurations, and internal practices against standards HMC followed standards • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit exercises • Work with internal teams to recommend and close the open findings • Participate in information security policies, procedures, and standards development and implementation • Perform review of any new/existing solution from security perspective. • Good Knowledge of Service Management concepts e.g., Change, Configuration, Incident management etc. • Knowledge on Disaster Recovery/ BCP. • Understanding of embedded OS/Customized OS, IDAM, PAM, SASE, MDM, MAM, Threat management etc. • Good understanding of security governance, data privacy, data classification etc. • Assisting several teams (internal and external) with best practices and security consultations • Ensuring the organizational compliance during audits and certification efforts • Support any other operations as needed and directed by the Head of Information Security • Exposure of working in any information security governance tool e.g., RSA archer etc.
