• Criteria:

Vacancies for a Leading company in heavy fabrication of structural steel in India Location : Ranjangaon , Pune Fitter: Education ITI & Fabrication experience preferably similar experience of 2-5 years in the field of Structural steel or PEB fabrication Hands on experience on various measuring instruments. Understand engineering drawings. Knowledge of dimensional tolerances. Fitter to study drawings, taking precise measurements, making marking for cutting, joining and shaping steel plates, knowledge of basic Maths, safety procedures. Knowledge to operate gas cutting torch and grinding machine. Good communication skill to convey fitment issues to QC engineer. Welder: Education ITI, MAG ( Metal Active Gas) MIG Welder and preferably similar experience of 2-5 years with Structural steel / PEB Knowledge of types of welding process & weld geometries. Knowledge of various welding defects & post rectification. Knowledge to operate MIG welding machine, heating torch and grinding machine. Good communication skill to convey welding machine related issues to Maintenance. Awareness of NDT of welding. Auto Weld Line Welders: Education ITI, SAW Welder and preferably similar experience of 1-2 years with Structural steel / PEB Understanding of basics engineering drawings Knowledge of types of welding process & weld geometries. Knowledge of various welding defects & post rectification. Knowledge to operate SAW welding machine. Good communication skill to convey welding machine related issues to Maintenance. Payroll: Third Party Payroll 12 hours shift with Sunday weekly OFF Benefits: Canteen (Subsidies rate), OT (Double ) as applicable
